Hotel Grand Arc Hanzomon, Tokyo

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view over part of the Imperial Palace and the Tokyo skyline, making it a special stay. The service was exceptional with professional and helpful staff. The location was both practical and beautiful, offering easy access to explore all sides of Tokyo. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the area lacked variety in places to eat.

The hotel offers a traditional Japanese experience with futon beds made up by staff in the late afternoon, designed for two people. The rooms are small but provide a unique and authentic stay. While the beds may not be as comfortable as a standard bed, they offer a good cultural experience. The service is exceptional, going out of their way to assist guests with services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The location is in a nice quiet area near a train station, but the odd restaurant organization may cause inconvenience. The superb view overlooking the imperial palace garden adds to its charm. The dining options offer a mix of continental, Japanese, and some peculiar combinations that may not suit everyone's taste. The facilities are adequate, although there may be some room for improvement.
